Week 3

Sweeteners, sugars, chemical sweeteners, natural sweeteners: are they all the same? How much is ok? Healthy treat ingredients and how to make yummy treats with whole food ingredients.

Week 4

Eating mindfully for better digestion, finding a comfortable weight, putting an end to chronic dieting. How to eat more slowly, create a mindful eating environment. This section will include mindful meal meditations for practice and some fun experiments.
