Nutrition CounselingI look forward to working with you to reach your nutrition and health goals. Before we meet, you will complete a detailed Nutrition & Health History and I will review it thoroughly; this means that we can spend our entire 75 minute initial consultation time discussing your goals, needs, learning about any food sensitivity ingredient restrictions, planning meals, menus and more.

Follow-up appointments allow us to evaluate your progress and revise our strategies to help you reach your goals.

I can work with you in my office, travel to your home or work with you using Skype or phone. Additionally, I can also work with you in your home to begin a pantry makeover replacing unhealthy food items with more wholesome choices. Private cooking sessions in your home are available as a private consultation with a focus on learning new techniques, making vegetables taste delicious, getting comfortable with foods with which you are less familiar.
