Private Cooking Sessions
Eating delicious whole foods does require cooking but it doesn’t have to be complicated or time consuming.
Do you have a CSA-share (Community Supported Agriculture) and don’t know how to prepare some of the veggies in your box?
Have you heard that whole grains are good to eat but have no idea what to do with buckwheat, amaranth, quinoa or millet?
Do you want to feed wholesome foods to your family but don’t have confidence in the kitchen?
I am passionate about plants and my mission is to teach you how to make them taste delicious and add more to your plate.
Cooking sessions are private in your kitchen. Together we will plan a menu and shopping list for each lesson. I will bring any equipment that you don’t have but want to try (spiralizer for making veggie noodles!).
- Together we will assess your cooking tools and knives and recommend any upgrades.
- We will observe your eating space for a mindful approach to your meals.
- Lessons are $100 per hour, which includes travel but not ingredients.
